It was Raphael Reis' first triumph in the Stock Car access season. In the overall standings, Zezinho took the lead, with Vitor Baptista and Arthur Leist following him

Raphael Reis withstood the pressure exerted by Zezinho Muggiati and won race 2 of the Stock Series, held this Sunday (3) at Velopark. It was the first victory for the W2 Pro GP driver in the season of the Stock Car access category.
At the start, Guilherme Backes came out in pole-position and Raphael in second place. Before entering turn 1, Reis was already the race leader, while Muggiati and Lucas Kohl were battling it out for third place. Arthur Leis and Vitor Baptista held their nerve to stay out of trouble.
Before the start of the second lap, Backes had dropped to fourth and was far away from the fight for the victory. On lap 7, Leist made a beautiful maneuver and passed two at once, taking third place. Further ahead, Reis was just over a second ahead of Zezinho.

With 13 minutes to go, the winner of race 1 was starting to catch up to Raphael, but on a slow track like Velopark, it was difficult to take the advantage.
The last two laps were very tense, with Leist leaning heavily on Muggiati, wanting second place for himself, while the W2 Pro driver continued with a good pace and fighting for the win with the leader Reis. However, Zezinho thought well of the championship and kept a safe distance to winner Raphael Reis. Arthur Leist closed the podium at the Rio Grande do Sul circuit.
After the double round at Velopark, the Stock Series has Muggiati in the lead with 188 points, followed by Vitor Baptista (184), Arthur Leist (181), Raphael Reis (148), Lucas Kohl (106), and Celso Neto (61).
The category returns on July 31 for the double round at Interlagos, the fifth round of the season.
