The pilot from Paraná (A. Mattheis Vogel) scored 43 points in this fifth round at Velopark and put 18 points ahead of second-place Serra. With victory in race 2, Nelsinho Piquet moves up to eighth

Gabriel Casagrande extended to 18 points the advantage to Daniel Serra and became the sole leader of the 2022 Stock Car season. With the fifth round concluded this Saturday (2) and the victory obtained in race 1 at Velopark, the pilot from A. Mattheis has 173 points, against 155 from the Eurofarma pilot.
In the third position is Rubens Barrichello. The Full Time pilot from São Paulo reached 134 points and opened a 31-point margin to the fourth place, Ricardo Zonta. In fifth, comes Gaetano Di Mauro, from KTF, with 100 points.
In sixth place is Guilherme Salas who, with the podium in the second race of the day, increased to 96 points. In seventh place is Matías Rossi, Casagrande's teammate, who almost won race 2, with 95.

In eighth place, tied with the Argentinean, is race 2 winner Nelsinho Piquet, from Motul TMG. In ninth place is César Ramos, from Ipiranga Racing, with 93.
Closing out the top 10 is Bruno Baptista, of RCM Motorsport, with 91 points. Tony Kanaan, with Full Time Bassani, is currently 19th, with 54 points, and Felipe Massa, with Lubrax Podium, is 21st, with 40 points.
