Although the milestone of the Dutch MotoGP Grand Prix was Fabio Quartararo's mix-up, there was another important highlight as well: the first podium of Marco Bezzecchi and VR46 in the premier class. Both rookies in 2022, the young Italian drove an excellent race and took advantage of the confusion of the #20 to secure second place in the race.
Besides Bezzecchi, another figure was very happy: Valentino Rossi. The #72 is a creation of the VR46 Academy and will compete in Moto2 in 2021, even with mathematical title chances.
