Myles Rowe overtook Jace Denmark and Jagger Jones on the track to win for the fifth time in 2022. Pabst driver continues to open championship lead

Rowe beats Denmark to win USF2000 race 1 in Toronto

Pabst Racing's Myles Rowe won race 1 of the USF2000 in Toronto on Saturday afternoon (16). The driver started from the third position, but quickly overtook rivals Jace Denmark and Jagger Jones to take his fifth win of the season.

Denmark, who started from the pole and led the first two laps, took the second position, while Jones, of Cape Motorsports, completed the podium. After entering the round as the championship runner-up, Michael d'Orlando, also of Cape, took fourth place.

Jacob Douglas was fifth, followed by Nicky Hays, Spike Kohlbecker, Christian Weir, Nicholas d'Orlando and Dylan Christie, who rounded out the top-10 at Exhibition Place3.

Race 2 of the USF2000 in Toronto is scheduled for 10:45am (GMT -3) this Sunday. As on Saturday, Jace Denmark will start from pole position.
