Exclusive Autosport's Louis Foster won race one of the Indy Pro 2000 in Toronto on Saturday afternoon. Starting from the pole-position, the Briton gave no chances to his rivals, survived two restarts, and finished the race more than five seconds ahead of Juncos Hollinger's Enaan Ahmed. Turn 3's Josh Green completed the podium in Canada.

The race began with an incident right at the start. Jonathan Browne lost his front wing and the yellow flag was brought out early on. The race was restarted on the second lap, with no change in the pack order.

On lap 9, Mexican Salvador de Alba crashed in turn 3 and caused the second yellow. The Jay Howard driver was able to get back on track, losing only his front wing. The race was restarted two laps later and Josh Green took advantage of the restart to overtake Reece Gold and take third place.
