Michael D'Orlando gave his rivals no chance in race 2 of the USF 2000 at Road America and extended his lead over Miles Rowe for the championship lead

Cape Motorsports' Michael D'Orlando won USF2000 race 2 at Road America on Saturday. The American driver, who started from the pole-position, didn't give any chance to his rivals and won his second race of the season. Pabst's Miles Rowe finished second, 0s390s behind the leader.

Canadian Thomas Nepveu of DE Force finished third and took his first podium of the season after starting ninth. His teammate Bijoy Garg was fourth, ahead of Pabst's Jace Denmark, who won race 1 and started second.

DE Force's Dylan Christie, Cape Motorsports' Jagger Jones, VRD's Nikita Johnson, Cape Motorsports' Nicky Hays, and Turn 3's Spike Kohlbecker rounded out the top ten at Road America.

With the result, D'Orlando slightly increased his championship lead over Rowe, with 217 points against 211 for his rival. USF2000 now returns on July 2-3 for a triple round at Mid-Ohio.
