With the only car that hasn't scored yet in 2022, Sérgio Sette Câmara led Dragon to first place in TL1 of London's eP, which marks the penultimate round of the Formula E season

The Formula E weekend in London started this Friday (29), with the first free practice at the ExCel Arena. And the fastest driver of the day was Brazilian Sérgio Sette Câmara, who managed to take Dragon - the only team that hasn't scored a single point yet this season - to the top of the timesheet, with 1min14s487. It was certainly the best session of the whole year for the team, which also saw Antonio Giovinazzi with an amazing fourth place.
Among his two teammates, Mitch Evans was the best placed of those still dreaming of the title and took second place, with Nick Cassidy - extending his great phase after winning his first Formula E race in New York - in third. Nyck de Vries, who is living his last moments as the defending champion after being out of title contention, led much of the session but finished fifth.

Among the title contenders, leader Stoffel Vandoorne finished eighth - 0s5 behind Sette Câmara -, Edoardo Mortara was 12th and Jean-Èric Vergne, who sees his chances very small after the disaster that was his weekend in New York, set the 17th time.
It is worth noting that the battle remains wide open not only among the drivers, but also in the Constructors' World Championship. Mercedes leads the standings with 238 points, but sees Venturi and DS Techeetah very close and tied, both with 228 points. Fourth-placed Jaguar has scored 186 points over the course of the season and offers no further threat.
The Formula 1 schedule continues on Saturday, with the second free practice at 5am (Brasília time), qualifying at 6:40am, and the first race, which is scheduled for 11am. TL2 will be broadcast on the Formula E YouTube channel, while the other activities will be followed live on TV Cultura and SportTV 3, and GRANDE PRÊMIO will provide full coverage.
