Several drivers were recalled by the commissioners due to messages during the second introductory lap of the short race in Austria.
Sergio Perez, Mick Schumacher, Daniel Ricciardo, George Russell, Lance Stroll, Sebastian Vettel and Esteban Ocon were alleged to have violated Article 33.1 of the sporting regulations with radio messages.
Article 33.1 states, "A driver must be able to drive the car alone and without assistance."
However, after a report from the race director and a conversation with team representatives, the stewards did not impose any punishment.
"The commissioners received a report from the race director and used audio evidence," said a short explanation from the panel.
"The commissioners met with the team directors involved and determined that the messages that were under investigation were permissible."
