Note that Charles Leclerc has changed almost all components of his UP, except the turbo, the central battery, and the exhaust system. He will not be punished in this race, as the only component that would incur a grid punishment would be the turbo.
Yuki Tsunoda will be punished and will have to start last on Sunday for having exceeded the allowed allocation on several components of his UP. Once again the Japanese driver is serving as a "guinea pig" for experiments in his UP Red Bull / Honda.
