Red Bull has reached the halfway point of the 2022 season with an unimaginable advantage, but prefers not to underestimate Ferrari's strength. With ten more races to go, Christian Horner is still betting on balance and believes that the Hungarian GP, which takes place next weekend, tends to be more favorable to the team from Maranello.

In the last race, held in France, Max Verstappen won relatively easily, as Charles Leclerc crashed into the tire wall while leading. The Dutchman now has a 63-point lead over the Monegasque.

"I think the second half of the season will be quite competitive, and we'll have different circuits and different challenges coming up," Horner assessed when asked by the press about what he expects from the upcoming GPs in Red Bull's race against Ferrari.

"There are some interesting venues coming up. We have Hungary next weekend, and I suspect it will be a track more favorable to Ferrari's strengths than ours," he pointed out.

After the Hungaroring race, Formula One will take its traditional three-week break for the vacations, returning in Belgium. Horner noted that from then on, some circuits may marry better with the RB18, but it will still be an interesting clash.

"After the vacations, we'll go to circuits that maybe turn a little bit to us, so it will be fascinating to see how the championship will move in the next few races," the Englishman finished.
