Formula 1 Saturday in Baku with temperatures reaching 30°C and winds still high for qualifying
The second day of track activities for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan GP of the 2022 season, this Saturday (11) features temperatures hovering around 30°C and still high winds for qualifying on Baku's straight-lined streets.
The information is from the weather service Accuweather. At qualifying time, 6 pm local time [11 am GMT-3], the expected temperature for Formula 1 is 27°C and the wind chill is the same.
The winds are not as strong as yesterday, but still gust up to 30 km/h and average 13 km/h in the Windy City. Also, the relative humidity is at 38% on a partly sunny day.
Earlier in the day, at 3 pm local time, the third and final free practice session will take place. The heat will be higher: temperature reaches 29°C and thermal sensation of 30°C. The winds average 15 km/h and gusts up to 30 km/h. The relative humidity will be 29% with an open sky.
