A busy Formula 1 Friday in Austria, with qualifying under sunny and rain-free conditions at the Red Bull Ring

It's a different weekend in Formula 1. The Austrian GP marks the second sprint race of the 2022 season, and therefore brings the racing forward to this Friday (8). And it is qualifying day in Spielberg, home of the Red Bull Ring.
Qualifying is scheduled for 12 noon (GMT-3). The expectation at the moment for the track placed in the middle of the farms between the towns of Zeltweg and Knittelfeld is sunny with some clouds in the sky and a temperature of 21°C, as well as the thermal sensation.
The information is from the weather service Accuweather. Furthermore, there is no chance of rain for the grid definition of the sprint race. Winds will average 19 km/h and gust up to 28°C and 38% relative humidity.
Before that, at 1pm local time, the first free practice session will open the weekend's Formula 1 activities. The expectation is for cloudy skies and a temperature of 19°C, but with a thermal sensation of 13°C. The chances of rain, however, are 13%. The winds are 13 km/h and gusts up to 24 km/h and 47% relative humidity.
