The Formula 2 World Championship leader, Brazilian Felipe Drugovich is in the top six on the starting grid for both races of the round. The Dutch MP Motorsport team driver will start sixth on Saturday (11), in the Sprint Race, the shortest race of each round, because of the inversion of the top 10.

In the first, Felipe Drugovich was third, and then in the second and decisive part, the Brazilian reached the second position, but was overtaken by three competitors, finishing in 5th, only 238 thousandths of a second away from the pole position.
